1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Affirmi AppSpace ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Affirmi AppSpace is a team management and communication platform for youth sports organizations. The App provides:

• Team roster management
• Role-based group messaging (chat channels)
• Game and event scheduling
• Invitation and onboarding for coaches, parents, and players

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts for minor players may be created by their coach or organization director with parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share inappropriate content, especially in channels accessible to minors
• Attempt to access channels or data outside your assigned role
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App

5. Roles and Permissions

The App uses role-based access control. Your access to features and chat channels is determined by your assigned role (Director, Coach, Parent, or Player). Roles are assigned by your organization's director or coaching staff.

6. Content and Communications

Messages sent through the App are visible to other members of your team based on channel access rules. You are responsible for the content you share. Organization directors and coaches may have visibility into team communications.

7. Organization Subscriptions

Organization directors subscribe to Affirmi AppSpace for a setup fee and monthly subscription. Individual team members (coaches, parents, players) use the App at no cost. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are detailed during checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

The Affirmi AppSpace platform, including its software, design, and branding framework, is owned by Affirmi, Inc. Organization-specific branding (logos, colors, names) remains the property of the respective organization.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Organization directors may remove team members at their discretion. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet all your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affirmi, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
